A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the party date and time. Dates can be reserved by phone with a credit card, for your convenience. Dates are not considered firm until the reservation and deposit are received in our office.

To ensure the quality of your party experience, we ask that you:

• Return your reservation sheet and deposit in a timely manner.
• Arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled party time to get set up for the party.
• Help enforce safety by making sure children stay in designated party areas.
• Suggest that party attendees arrive promptly and wear clothing appropriate for party activities.
• Agree to work within your scheduled time frame in the party room.

Prices are subject to change without notice. RDV Sportsplex Ice Den birthday parties are very popular! Suggested booking time is at least two weeks in advance.
