Programs | Pro Athlete Training | Sports Performance Team

One-on-One & Partner Training
Are you up for the challenge? Work one-on-one with a trainer to improve your speed, agility, power, strength, flexibility, balance, and/or conditioning to achieve your maximum performance. Reduce the cost and increase the intensity of competition while working out with a partner. Rates vary according to trainer experience level.

S.P.A.Q. (Speed, Power, Agility, & Quickness) - Ages 8-18
This program is designed for aspiring young athletes who need to develop their motor skills. The program will focus on teaching running and jumping form, abdominal strength and posture, and the fundamentals of sports in a positive, energetic environment. Participation in this class ensures the development of fundamental skills for these young athletes before their high school years. Four students necessary for class to be held. Program includes FREE evaluation session.

Junior Varsity - Ages 8-12
Varsity - Ages 13-18

Basketball S.P.A.Q. (Speed, Power, Agility, Quickness) - Ages 13+
Want to improve your game? Then this is the program for you. Athletes training will include: strength, power, speed, agility, reaction, flexibility, vertical jump, balance and recovery. Program consists of 60 minutes of Sports Performance Training and 30 minutes of on the court basketball drills. Call 407-916-2522 for more information.

Tennis S.P.A.Q. (Speed, Power, Agility, Quickness) - Ages 13+
Want to improve your tennis game? Then this is the program for you. Athletes training will include: strength, power, speed, agility, reaction, flexibility, balance and recovery. The program consist of 60 minutes of Sports Performance Training and 30 minutes of on the court tennis drills.

Golf Conditioning
Hit the ball straighter and farther by getting in shape for the golf season using golf specific training techniques provided by RDV Sportsplex. This conditioning program includes golf specific weight, flexibility, balance and core training. Each participant meets twice per week.

Ultimate Fitness Training
This cross-training program is for advanced cardiovascular fitness levels. Class includes speed training, jump rope training, agility training, and strength training with Free Motion machines, Technogym® Circuit Training, and the use of medicine and physioballs for an exciting total body workout.
