Professional Athlete Training provides customized individual or group sessions to improve
performance, based on evaluations of speed, agility, quickness, dynamic balance, power,
strength, and flexibility.
NFL Combine/Pre-Draft Training Program
RDV Sportsplex “Combine/Pre-Draft Training Program” provides prospective professional
football players with an intense training environment in an world-class facility to fine
tune their speed, agility, and strength to maximize their performance at the NFL Combine
or professional scouting workouts. Individual or group sessions are available.

Virtual Training
As a professional athlete, it is your job to physically prepare and maintain your performance
during the season. Maybe you need to prepare for an important tryout.
Is this a contract year for you? Do you feel that your current training program just isn’t giving you the results you need?
RDV Sportsplex Virtual Training will provide you with consistent professional guidance from our top performance trainers to help you maximize your time and to increase your performance. Our virtual training bases your training program upon what you need to develop most in your performance. You will fill out our athlete intake and information form giving us your updated test scores, and what you and your coach feel you need to work on in your training. Once we have received this information we will contact you for a personal interview, and use our expertise to analyze it and customize a training program for you that will get those results! It’s easy. Then we will email, fax, or send your program to you every week to make sure you are progressing in your program. OR You will have constant communication with us, but can count on weekly contact by email or phone to hold you accountable for the progress in your program.
