Fit Life for Moms - Starts September 8th!
This 14-week program will provide pre-natal and post-partum mothers a network of support, education and exercise related to pregnancy. Will allow mothers to maintain or improve their fitness level in a safe and supportive manner. Call 616-594-7059 x7103 for more information!

Triathlon Training
Triathlon Training is an extensive three-cycle program that prepares women and men for their first triathlon or can enhance their abilities as a beginner/intermediate triathlete. The six-week cycles include:

  • Phase One
    Introduction to building aerobic fitness through biking, walk/run, swimming. Basic skills and fitness enhancement with some muscular strength/endurance components specific sport.
  • Phase Two
    Refine skills and introduce more interval training, bricks (bike/run) and continue swimming skills and efficiency.
  • Phase Three
    Refine skills, continue challenging aerobic fitness, speed training and transition skills to be completely prepared for race situation.

J.V. Speed, Power, Agility, & Quickness (SPAQ) - Ages 8-12
This program is designed for aspiring young athletes who need to develop their motor skills. The program will focus on teaching running and jumping form, abdominal strength and posture, and the fundamentals of sports in a positive, energetic environment. Participation in this class ensures the development of fundamental skills for these young athletes before their high school years. Four students necessary for class to be held. Program includes FREE evaluation session.

Varsity Speed, Power, Agility, & Quickness Program (SPAQ) -
Ages 13-18

Wanna get FAST? Then this is the program for you. This program is designed to be the top choice of performance training for middle and high school athletes in the Central Florida area. Athletes training will include: strength, power, speed, agility, reaction, flexibility, and recovery. Four students necessary for class to be held. Program includes FREE evaluation session.
