MVP Athletic Club offers a variety of fitness programs to take part in. Whether you are looking to lose weight, build cardiovascular strength, find an exciting total body workout or just simply gain confidence, we have the program for you!

Fit Life Training

Designed for the average person of varied fitness levels who needs a little more than what they are doing currently in their fitness routine. This class focuses on functional training exercises to improve overall strength, cardio, and flexibility. Begin or maintain your transformation here.

MVP Run Strong Class

This running class is an extensive four-phase program that prepares men and women for their first race or can enhance their abilities as a beginner, intermediate, or advanced runner.

  • Phase Three - Strength & Speed Training
  • Phase Four - Peak Interval Training

Triathlon Training

Triathlon Training is an extensive training program that prepares men and women for their first triathlon or can enhance their abilities as an intermediate or advanced tri-athlete.  At the end of each session you will be able to apply what you have learned by participating in an Indoor Triathlon held for just your class.  Other Indoor Triathlons will take place throughout the year, so please see your Fitness Team for more information. 90 minute class.  6 week session.

MVP Runners Club

Ready to RUN? MVP Runners Club is PERFECT! This exclusive running club is for runners of all ability levels. Whether you are a beginner wanting to compete in your first 5K or an avid runner training for your next marathon, this fun program is for YOU!

SportFit

This program is designed for the person looking to improve their performance in their leisure sport or activity. Training focuses on stabilization and mobility, strength, and flexibility. This program addresses fitness needs of adult tennis players, softball players, golfers, and other sports.
