How do I become a member?

To find out how to become a member, call 616-594-7000 and ask to speak with a membership advisor.

I have never taken group exercise before, how do I start?

Just show up!  Class schedules are available online and at your local club.  Our classes are taught with all fitness levels in mind. Feel free to go at your own pace or challenge yourself to a great workout.

Are there additional programs available to me?

Yes. Programs involving aquatics, basketball, and tennis are made available for both kids and adults. Programs are offered to both members and non-members.

Can someone teach me how to use the equipment?

A team of highly certified personal trainers are available to assist you when needed. For specific instruction and one-on-one training with a credentialed and experienced team member, please call 616-594-7000.

I lost my membership card. How do I get a new one?

You may replace your membership card on your next visit to the club. There is a $10 fee to replace a lost card.

Are locker rooms available?

Yes. Spa quality locker rooms equipped with free daily lockers and complimentary towel service.

What else does the club offer in addition to the cardiovascular and strength training equipment?

Group exercise, basketball and racquetball courts, an indoor aquatic center, indoor tennis, supervised kid’s space, and an outdoor pool and play area are also included in your membership.

Is child care available?

Yes. Kid’s Stuff child care is set up for adventurous, safe, supervised play. Kids ages 0-12 can play in Kid’s Stuff while parents use the facility. Instructional classes and programs are offered. Parents are not allowed to leave Club premises once their child has been checked into Kid’s Stuff.

How do I cancel my membership?

A member may resign their membership with minimum written notification to the member services office through an approved cancellation form or authorized certified/return receipt requested mail. Resignation between the 1st and 24th of the month terminates the membership effective the first day of the following month.
