• Ensure the quality of the facility and programming offered within the complex and ensure continuous use of the facility year-round.
• Provide leadership to Operations Team Leader/Coordinator, Sales and Marketing coordinator, Hockey, Skating Programs Team Leaders whereby providing superior quality customer service in all areas of the business.
