Kid's Programs

Children will participate in gym activities, sports, exercises, swimming and MORE! Children should come to class wearing their bathing suit UNDER gym clothes and also wear sneakers. Must be potty trained! Drop in rate available. Please call 407-916-2526 for more details!

Session 4: May 8-June 11

Friday Fitness Funshops are exciting instructional workshops that meet year-round. Participants swim, tumble, complete a project and have a snack. Children younger than three years old, if potty trained, will be considered on an individual basis, and grouped with the youngest children. Parents do not need to stay in the building when their kids are enrolled in a Funshop. Pre-registration is required at least 24 hours in advance so that we can staff our groups efficiently. We will not be able to accept same-day registrations or cancellations without 24 hours notice.

Kid’s Stuff will stay open late on selected Friday evenings for Kid’s Night Out. Take advantage of a real night out. Parents can leave the building to see a show, or just enjoy a meal without the kids! Children three years and older can participate in these special events which include swimming, structured games, and snacks or other food. Registration is required at least 24 hours in advance. Children should come wearing a bathing suit, tennis shoes and bring a change of clothes. Towels are provided.

Tae Kwon Do Tykes - Ages 3-5
This class focuses on motor skills, coordination, focus drills, following directions and listening skills. Free sample class available. Tiny Tykes Martial Arts will meet in the Kid’s Stuff Activity Room.

Family Martial Arts - Ages 5+
Family Martial Arts is for all skill levels and is an excellent form of teaching self-defense, weight control, conditioning, discipline, concentration and self-control. All classes will meet in Group Exercise Studio #4, located next to the raquetball courts.
