This 50-minute Aquatic Body Conditioning class incorporates balance, coordination and flexibility. The class is designed to meet the needs of pregnant women, and those with fibromyalgia,arthritis or who are post-rehab. It uses water walking and nonimpact dance steps for the cardio portion of the class. Slow fluid movements from Tai chi, Yoga and Pilates provide stretching,core strengthening and conditioning.

This class is designed for the individual with a history of back pain or recent injury. It covers the principles of stabilization, flexibility, strengthening and conditioning.
