    This popular 60-minute interval-based class designed for participants to reach their maximum potential while maintaining control of their work out as they move zone to zone. Utilizing the Polar Heart Rate monitor system, participants can see how much they are pushing their bodies to get the results they want. Average calorie burn 400-1,000. *Purchase of Polar H6 or H7 Heart Rate Monitor required. Class is FREE for Athletic Club members!
